If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions

How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history. You must be registered to access 'My Account'

When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

When returning a product please use the returns label on your delivery note or click here for the QBG returns label.

It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

Please send lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries with the relevant health and safety label clearly attached to the package. (Download your Lithium Battery packaging label here)

Products that can't be returned
QBG is not able to accept the return of certain items

QBG does not accept the return of certain items:

- Software
- calibrated products
- production packaging products
- extended range products
- Specially manufactured products

In addition, QBG will not accept returned ESD sensitive devices where the integrity of the original QBG ESD shielding packaging has been compromised e.g. the bag has been opened and resealed or multiple bags have been stapled together.
